G'day, I am an Aussie living in Japan.
After 6 years of misery, depression, shame, embarassment and failed attempts to get in shape I finally took action with an old idea on November 8, 2006. That was to start a blog and document every single day of my fat loss journey with pictures and progress reports in order to hold myself accountable.
So far so good. I successfully completed Mission 1 (12 weeks from Nov 8, 2006 to Jan 31, 2007). Now my focus is to help other people on their fat loss journey by showing in great detail what it really takes to transform your mind, body and life in a short period of time. I want to give back.
My dream is to help other people reach their physique goals. I will soon receive my personal trainer certification which will help me do just that!
Live life to the fullest. Keeping a healthy mind creates a healthy body and soul. Always look on the funnier side of life. Identify with yourself, your needs and emotions. Bottom line is be true to yourself and stay happy.
We all need some loving and lots of TLC. Let your light and love shine out and share that with others. The little that each of us do will connect into something wonderful.

DJ: Party Boy in a Nutshell:
DJ: Party Boy has been DJ since late 2000. His career actually started when he was in a small local rock band that changed from "Forsaken" to "Smile Empty Mind". He was the lead vocals and sound mixer for the band. Rob Bell was a producer/manager and helped Party Boy see his real talent with music. In 1999 the band broke up and Party Boy went into DJing. He stated "I like being a DJ because of the independence. You see I never have to rely on anyone except me. I am the band." Soon after Rob Bell started to introduce Party Boy to some of his future mentors, DJ: Icey, DJ: Baby Anne, and DJ: Sharaz. By late 2000 Party Boy was skilled enough to do his own gigs and with Bells reputation, Party Boy never had a weekend off from DJing small house parties. By 2002 Party Boy was doing gigs with Underground Productions, in there local nightclubs and soon after regional clubs. In 2003 he was entered into DJ WARZ ’03 (the biggest DJing competition of the year) and placed 15th single and 28th teamed. In 2004 he place 1st at DJ WARZ ’04 and won a scholarship to Fullsail’s Recording Program. Also in 04 Party Boy started to learn more about the recording part of the music industry. He was also offered countless contracts with various companies including “Royal Caribbean”, “ Carnival, “Infinity Productions”, etc. He chose to stay with Underground Productions and be sub-contracted to Infinity Productions. Also he started creating many albums, most of them live recordings. In 2005 he went down under and disappeared from DJing. By late 2006 he reappeared with a brand new album called “Breaking Out”, which was a major hit. Also in ’06 Party Boy announced his opening of his own productions company “Infinity Media Productions” with his slogan being “Unlimited Possibilities”. In 2007, Party Boy entered in DJ WARZ ’07 and came in 3rd place, which was a major disappointment to himself but fueled him to work even harder. Now he is currently traveling around the country doing outdoor raves (Bush Parties) and outdoor parties. The rest is in the making…

Not too many DJs on the West Coast can claim originality in their DJing style. While the average DJ turns tables, DJ BUSY B TURNS HEADS. Self-proclaimed "BUZZ OF THE BAY", A Bay Area native born in Daly City California, Brandon "Busy B" was first exposed to the world of music by his mother who had always played "Soul" records since he was an infant. At the young age of 5 he had witnessed a new culture phenomenon known as Hip-Hop. Like most kids, saturday morning cartoons played it's role in shaping his young creative mind during his childhood but cult movie classics such as "Wild Style", "Beat Street", and "Breakin" exposed him to an even more influential part in the molding process from boy to musician.
Impressed by a performance by New York's DJ Kid Capri sparked DJ BUSY B's interest to begin spinning at parties at the young age of 14. After more than a decade, DJ BUSY B's skills on the turntables can be described not only as a breath taking diverse music experience, but an adrenaline rush of energy poured on to every dancefloor he controls.
Impressively, DJ BUSY B plays more that 100 shows a year even without having put out a single mixtape. Additionally, he currently doesn't have any radio mixshow slots. Being such an underdog as he is, he is still a force to be wreckoned with.
Today, DJ BUSY B can be heard at World Famous nighclubs around the major city of San Francisco such as the "A-List/ Celebrity" Harry Denton's Starlight Room located in the heart of Union Square and the "#1 Tourist Attracted" AsiaSF.
