Syed earned his Post-Graduate degree, M.A in 'Mass Communication' from Jamia Millia University New Delhi in 1990 and also earned his postgraduate film critique certification from Cinemaya, at the International cultural centre, embassy of France, New Delhi. He brings with him almost 18 years of active involvement in the international TV production industry. Syed’s experiences cover directing diverse programmes associated with development support communication, multimedia, entertainment, fiction, documentary , travel, health, environmental and human interest.
