I teach digital multimedia within the Maricopa Community Colleges district.
Christopher Seufert runs Mooncusser Films, LLC, specializing in documentaries, educational films, music videos, artist profiles, and corporate / promotional multimedia.
I am Elspeth ... explorer of vast creative worlds, fearlessly embarking upon spontaneous adventures with my willing companions: Dandelion the djembe, Pixie the video camera, Haniel the Roland XP-50 music workstation, Satya the Mac laptop and Pax the green peace car.
I say YES to the following:
1. Kindred spirits who want to collaborate/work with me.
2. Galleries/curators who me to exhibit
3. Record companies who want to sign me up
4. Film/documentary makers who want my music for their masterpieces
5. Billionaire benefactors who are looking for a worthy multimedia artist to whom they can say (with no strings attached): "I genuinely LOVE your work! Please let me fund every single one of the fantastic projects you want to bring to life!"
6. People (creative or otherwise) who have the Earth/Mother Nature at heart and are working in whatever way they can to make this world a better place for us all.
As the head of Shapinsky MultiMedia, production and consulting business, David Shapinsky has worked with various clients on a variety of projects involving multimedia and communications strategy, information management, as well as production services. Among Shapinsky MultiMedia's recent clients are The Salzburg Seminar, The National Medical Association, Capitol News Connection with PRI, and Howard University's Genome Center. Prior to launching this business, Shapinsky served as Senior Producer for PBS station, WHUT, in Washington, D.C. He has been in broadcast and multimedia journalism for more than a decade. He established the webcasting service for kaisernetwork.org (for the Kaiser Family Foundation) and has produced for public radio, public television, and network news, including such shows as PrimeTime Live, 20/20, World News Tonight with Peter Jennings, and Nightline. His program credits include documentaries, news broadcasts, talk shows, town-meetings, webcasts, and articles for print. He received his Ph.D. in American history from the University of Chicago in 1990, where he specialized in U.S. foreign policy and international history.
He is also the founder of pingnews.com and offshoots on flickr, google video, and elsewhere that emphasize open source media.
Djio, baptized as Dionizio Bonfim Bach, debuted as amateur DJ in 1991, while turning 17, in Florianópolis, Brazil. A little later he started professionally playing in parties and other events around the city. Since then, there are 15 years of history and sound.
Music changed, and Djio got along. Meanwhile he played several genres: Techno, Trance, Progressive House... Time passed and, as usual, good things last. The good and old House wins new clothing (Electro, Filtered, Disco, Funky, ...) and is still his main work genre. Always searching for a fusion between the classics and news tendencies, researches ethnic rhythms, preferring brazilian, afro and latin sounds. His sets prime for the good musical taste with messages of a fun and optimistic life.
Besides DJing, he has more and more incursions in the musical production field. Already has participated in two CDs, from the Curitiba's bands Golgotha and Sentido, produced the soundtrack for the short-length movie 'Merde' of Lucila Bach, also keeps a partnership with Isaac Varzin in the project called Twist-Cola, among others.
In 2002, moved definitively to Curitiba, where also works as a multimedia developer and designer; activities that adds lots to his musical work.
I am a multimedia artist.

A Group to share video material recorded at the Sunrise Festival 2007, primarily amongst people who were directly involved in the production of the material itself -- but hopefully through the facilities of SpinXpress to bring on board this virtual vessel of creativity, other people of like mind who might wish to become involved in the project. Material already available on the web is showcased currently at http://www.myspace.com/earthcircustv though the video material is actually held at locations with the same username at Google video (for longer clips) http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-267532936421835281&hl=en-GB and playlists hosted at: http://www.youtube.com/earthcircustv. I think that's sufficient information for now, other than to say that some very large files will be updated to this location (of footage not already available at the previously mentioned locations) so keep an eye on this location in coming weeks to see the material accumulate, and then lets see how this project develops during the 'winter months' of 2007/8. ONE LOVE !
