I am an artist of life, I am some what of a graphic and web designer. I enjoy all aspects of ART I love it all IT. I enjoy all sorts of music from Iron Maiden to Fat boy Slim to Ursula Rucker. I have been spinning from 1990 till present. I play guitar, and love skateboarding.
My name is Nick Schmidt. I swam at Eastern Illinois University where I earned an accounting & MBA degree. After graduation in 2005, I did the normal thing and moved into an accounting job. I am an accountant by day and a video blogger (vlogger) by night. As you can see I am not your average accountant. A vlogger is just like a blogger. However, instead of writing blogs I produce, edit, and even make music for my videos. I use my videos to express my creativity and life passions. I have been recognized by MTV and VH1 after my article in the Wall Street Journal. I was featured in the Wall Street Journal (10/3/06 section D1 "Virtual Reality TV") after placing 2ndAmerica's Dream Date" competition by Gofish.com. Placing 2nd allowed me to win a trip to Las Vegas, where I attended the Billboard Music Awards. I covered video footage backstage with the creator of Techiediva.com, Gina Hughes. I have been an editor for Techiediva since April 2006. Techiediva.com was selected by PC Magazine as one of the top 100 websites in 2006. All of my experiences have provided me the ability to be involved in various technological projects. I have spoken at the downtown Chicago Apple Store a number of and I am currently teaching video blogging at the local Apple Store on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus. I have also spoken at the three day panel of the Art Institute of Chicago campus for the Motion Graphics Festival. Due to the increasing usage of video in consumer product marketing, I had the opportunity to be a guest for the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association’s (CIMA) "User Generated Content" panel, which also included the V.P. of Edelmen, V.P. of Myspace.com, and the CEO of Blogger and Feedburner. My most recent project consultation is for ProjectElliott.com where I am assisting in the in the " development of videos for the company’s new social network of job search.

Radio is a part of our everyday lives. We listen to it in our homes, our cars, on-line, and now anywhere we take our iPods. There is a business behind what we hear and it affects everyone who enjoys radio. This blog tells those stories and offers informed perspectives on the industry. Radio can better serve its listeners, but won't unless those listeners are informed and inspired.

My Life with Chicago House Dj .com A House Mix that tells a story with every Beat
This mix is AH SOME its filled with PUMPING house beats , Slamming Guitar Loops , a Ted Nugent Track that No One ever though would sound so good MIXED OVER HOUSE BEATS. Kinda Like Chef But this mix is avalibalbe for Breakfeast , Lunch And Dinner :]one last thing thats me talking in the mix I remember when Led Zeppelin came in2 the studio its around 45:12 - 45:33 this MIX was fun for me and I ended it well with the original Nirvana Rape me Trak I figured I raped him for the last Hour or so why not through it up for GOOD OLD Kirk
I Ok well I am not going 2 be creating mixes so fast I have put it down to 3rd gear. I am now naming all mixes by letter I have been working on this mix off and on for the last 3 days or so. I start with an old House Cut The Force of Power TFP Then get right into new Syke N Sugar Cut. nice .. then hit another old skool cut get out of it quite quick then drop into a syke n sugar mix of SeSa . Then completely change IT and hit up some CLUB bangers I dig the mix from this point on I like the beginning 15 mins but I feel that this mix really took off after that It gets much harder so enjoy those cuts more these days it seems thats my opinion.
